1. Walk Behind Saw Blades Description
 

Walk-behind saws have wheels that support the saw and allow the worker to push the saw in a straight line to cut inlay lines and trenches in roads, sidewalks, and other concrete surfaces. They are also used to create stress lines when pouring and setting concrete. Walk behind saw blades come in variety of sizes from 14" – 36" for cutting a variety of materials like, asphalt, cured concrete, general purpose, crack chasing, green concrete and abrasive materials.

SinoDiam supreme grade professional asphalt blade is designed for high horse powder walk behind saws with a 12mm tall segments, muti segments width option to insure you achieve a high performance in a variety of aggregates and steel reinforcement.

WTRA series blades has the undercut segments plus the carbide segments protection, particular blades are best when used in asphalt and asphalt overlay, can help the steel core out of damage when cutting the abrasive aggregate.

3. Bond Option

• S01, Soft bond, provide a fast and smooth cutting in the hard aggregate, like the chert, quartz, hard riverrock.
• S02, Soft to Meium bond designed for Medium to hard aggregate cutting, such as the granite, river rock;
• S03, Medium bond have a good speed and life conbination on the medium hard aggregate, like the crushed grave, traprock;
• S04, Medium to Hard Bond designed for cutting the soft and medium soft aggregate, like the limestone, dolomite.
• S05, Hard Bond can achive a long life for cutting the soft limestone, sandstone aggregate. 

4. Character 

• Laser welded with .475" tall segments and best quality diamond grade and high diamond concentration.
• Used on the 35 and higher HP walk behind saws
• Under cut segments plus the carbide segments will protect the steel core out of damage. 
• 1" arbor with drive pin hole standard, customize arbor size/types can be provide upon request. 
• Water is required to cool the blade during the cutting process, to ensure maximum performance.
• Fit to the contractors who have a heavy volume of cutting.
